1. You acknowledge that you assume all responsibility in the event of injury while participating in this class at The House of MAGIC.

2. You agree to adhere to all of the rules and regulations as indicated by the instructor.

3. I understand that my picture or video may be taken during the class or any performances that I may participate in. I further understand that these images may be used for publicity, social media, and/or promotional material. I hereby consent to the release of these images, without any form of compensation or expiration.

4. The House of MAGIC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, especially if there are concerns for the safety of others or the risk of equipment damage.
